| Factor wage | 0.5% | An annual fee on the loan amount during the term of the Factor Agreement, deducted monthly from installments. |

Borrower rates:
| Application fee | $1,000 + GST | A one-time fee for processing your loan request. |
| Due diligence fee | $1,000 + GST | A one-time fee for evaluating your loan request. |
| Financing fee | Up to 2.0% + GST per annum | An annual fee based on the approved loan amount, charged for providing and maintaining the financing. |
| Management fee | Up to 0.2% per month | An annual fee, calculated on the initial loan amount, and billed monthly. |
| Early repayment | No charge | The loan can be repaid in full or in part at any time. |
