What if the real estate market collapses?
A question we are often asked is what are the risks if the economy is not doing well or, at worst, the real estate market collapses.
Then the value of the property will fall without further ado. However, Briqwise protects you against the consequences.
First of all, because we have a strict and, above all, healthy Loan-to-Value. In the case of an LTv of 75%, the value of the property may fall by up to 25% in times of crisis before the value of the property is lower than the outstanding loan amount.

When the entrepreneur has a healthy business, he is simply able to meet the monthly interest and repayment obligations. Then any decline in the value of the property will have no effect on payments and your risk will be limited to a minimum.
